Doron has nearly 30 years of experience in food importing and distribution, supplying Israeli retail chains, wholesalers, and distributors.
His sourcing experience spans Turkey, Belgium, and India, across categories including olive oil, confectionery, and beverages. He also has extensive experience with kosher-certified products and strong relationships within Israel’s kosher food market.
As CEO of ADR Food, Doron leads sales and business development, focusing on building lasting relationships, identifying market opportunities, and selecting products with strong commercial potential.
Yigal Lupo
Sourcing & Procurement
Yigal Lupo brings decades of hands-on experience in production, international trade and global sourcing.
His background includes managing industrial and agricultural operations of up to 500 workers, as well as sourcing in China while developing an appliance-import business for the Dominican Republic.
Today at ADR Food Ltd., Yigal focuses on sourcing and procurement — identifying manufacturers, negotiating with suppliers and building reliable international supply chains for the Israeli market.
